Todd Graus founded Green Turf Lawnscapes, Inc in 1984 and is still active in the company today.  Todd holds a BS Degree  in Forest Management from Colorado State University,  with an emphasis on diseases of trees.  He is a Professional Forester, Consulting Arborist (American Society of Consulting Arborist) and a master of diagnosing the real illnesses of trees.  He has served the Green Industry in different capacities his entire career (Since 1976).  For four years he served as a National Director of the Professional Lawn Care Association of America (PLCAA/PLANET), he has served on the Reader Advisory Staff at Landscape Management Magazine,  and is a regular contributor to lawn and tree maintenance magazines.  Green Turf has been recognized as one of the Top Ten lawn care companies in America.

Todd is an avid hunter, fisherman, hiker and outdoors-man, volunteer at his Church and mentor to new business owners or those anyone struggling to find their purpose in this life.

Holly is Co-owner of Green Turf Lawnscapes and  has been in the lawn and tree care industry since 1997.  She earned her Degree in Accounting from Front Range Community College in Fort Collins, CO.

Holly serves as the Vice-President of Green Turf, overseeing all of the scheduling of crews, supervision of office staff and the accounting of the business. 

Though she has many different roles, her favorite part of the job is speaking to our clients.  Whether you have a question on your bill, have questions or concerns on your lawn, or just want to chat, Holly is always happy to speak with you.

In her Free time she resells used books that she finds along all her travels.

 Joel Arellano sadly passed away February 13, 2023 at the age of 53.  Joel came to work for Green Turf in 1998 as a lawn technician and for the last 14 years he served as the Big Horn Basin's Branch Manager.

Joel grew up in Worland, Wyoming where he attended school K-12th grade, graduating in 1988.  After graduating high school Joel enlisted in the United States Air Force where he was a Certified Nuclear Missile Maintenance Technician of silo launched missiles.

In his free time Joel loved to spend time with his family and grandchildren.  Joel had a strong Faith in God, and at every chance, shared his testimony of How Jesus changed his life.  He attended church on a regular basis, he even found the time to sent out a Daily Christian Devotional of Encouragement to over 3000 subscribers.

He was the most loyal, dedicated worker to ever grace the doors of Green Turf and he has left a hole in the hearts of all that knew him.

Joel's Obituary

Trista is the Office Manager at our Worland location, serving the entire Big Horn Basin. Her responsibilities include greeting visitors, preparing work orders, statements, “call-a-heads” and accepting payments, praises or concerns.

Trista keeps the office open from 9am – 3 pm M-F which allows her to drop off and pick up her kiddo’s from school.

Trista proclaims a strong faith in God.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and doing anything outdoors.

Gage is a Full-time student at the University of Wyoming, Majoring in Communications and Entrepreneurship.

His Duties are Diagnostics Services and Sales.  Gage has been working Green Turf for many years, he is proud of the company his family has built and understands the struggles of owning and operating a small business.  First and foremost, he understands that our customers must have confidence in the services and products we offer, and this value, is uncompromising.

Gage will be co-managing the Worland Office with Todd and Holly in 2023 due to the passing of our Branch Manager in February, 2023.

Gage is also an accomplished outdoor photographer.
